Refund policy

All returns are handled on case-to-case bases. Please contact me immediately if you wish to return or change your item.

Please review all sizing charts and item specifications before making your purchase. I should not be held responsible for poor sizing choices or a change of heart for the garment. I am more than willing to exchange your garment or give store credit if I am contacted in a timely manner. If you choose not to opt for resizing, garments may be eligible for a refund at my discretion -- minus a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will go towards time and resources to hand-make your order. 

A refund is possible if I am notified 3-5 days after the item's arrival. No refund will be given until the item has been returned to my hands as it was sent within 7 business days of your item's arrival. Shipping costs will not be refunded. I highly suggest a tracking number with return packages as shipped items tend to go missing.
